ALANA ROBIN is the debut author of ONE SUMMER ON MACKINAC. 

 

As a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Alana has always had a passion for hospitality. She has spent her professional career focusing on hospitality operations, change management consulting, and commercial real estate strategy. Her goal as a writer is to share her passion for travel and hospitality careers with young readers through novels that transport the audience to each book’s dreamy destination.

 

Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, she spent the summer of 2013 working in a fudge shop and hotel on Mackinac Island and has daydreamed about writing this story ever since.

 

Alana now lives in New York City with her husband and visits Michigan as often as possible.
