No Bake Peanut Butter & Oat Balls

Looking for your new favorite snack? These no bake peanut butter and oat balls are quick, easy, and delicious! I love having them in the house for an afternoon snack during long WFH days.


Ingredients You'll Need for Peanut Butter & Oat Balls:

1 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

Chocolate chunks


Steps to Make Peanut Butter & Oat Balls:

  1. Mix all your ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Chill in the fridge for 30+ minutes

  3. Scoop spoonfuls into tightly packed balls

Tips & Tricks:

  • Use a large spoon or tablespoon to pack the oats tightly

  • Add extra peanut butter if things aren't packing well

  • Enjoy within one week to avoid having them dry out
