How to Make a Latte without an Espresso Machine
Nothing tastes more like fall to me than a delicious latte with hints of pumpkin spice and cinnamon. I love lattes, but for financial reasons have been opting to make them at home this fall. The best part? There is no sugar added in this home latte recipe!

How I Make a Latte at Home in Under 5 Minutes
Fill your favorite mug about a quarter full with milk. I use the unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but you can use any milk you like!
Microwave the milk for 15 seconds. I find it froths better when I do this.
Froth it up! Move your milk frother all around the milk until it is nice and fluffy. I find this usually takes about 10 seconds. My frother can be found on amazon (link), but I have also seen some for as little as $2 at IKEA.
Add your spice! I have been rotating between pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. I like to add a dash and then use the frother for another second to mix it fully in without deflating the milk.
Pour in some hot coffee. I make a K-Cup on the strong setting directly into the mug for this step, but an espresso pod or drip coffee would work well too.
Sprinkle on some spice & enjoy!
What's your favorite fall drink?
